Terms of use.

DeathByDino is an independent, community-run cluster for Ark: Survival Ascended. This site and the servers it describes are not affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Wildcard. Ark: Survival Ascended is a trademark of its owner.

Playing on the cluster

Joining a server means you follow the rules and policies. Those can change. When they do, the Rules & Policies page is the copy that counts. Staff calls in Discord stand for that session. Appeals go through a ticket, not an argument in chat.

Acceptable use

On the servers and in the DeathByDino Discord:

  • No harassment, cheats, duplicated creatures, or blocking spawns and objectives.
  • No advertising other servers or clusters.
  • No shops, real-money trading, or anything that turns the cluster into pay-to-win.

Breaking those rules can mean a mute, a ban, or a removed tame or structure. The full list lives on the rules page.

The website

The pages here describe the cluster. They are not a promise that a rate, mod, or map will stay exactly as written forever. If the in-game settings and this site ever disagree during a change, ask in Discord and we will correct the page.
