Rules and Policies.

We reserve the unrestricted right to modify, revise, interpret, or remove these rules at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

1. General Conduct

  • 1.1All players must use common sense and behave respectfully toward others at all times.
  • 1.2Harassment, toxicity, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
  • 1.3Cheating in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to): hacking, exploiting, duping, meshing, undermeshing, shooting through terrain, or abusing unintended mechanics.
  • 1.4Attempting to intentionally cause server instability or lag is forbidden.
  • 1.5Advertising other communities, servers, or services without permission is prohibited.
  • 1.6Players must provide video evidence when reporting rule violations.
  • 1.7Staff decisions are final. Public arguments regarding moderation actions may result in further penalties.
  • 1.8Due to the nature of ARK, staff do not replace creatures, items, or structures lost due to bugs, crashes, updates, rollbacks, or game mechanics.

2. Building Rules

  • 2.1Excessive structure spam (foundations, pillars, ladders, etc.) is not permitted and may be removed without warning.
  • 2.2Players must allow reasonable space between bases. If uncertain, communicate with neighbouring players before building.
  • 2.3Building in a way that blocks or heavily impacts gameplay is prohibited, including blocking: resource spawns, creature spawns (e.g. beavers, wyverns, drakes), caves, artifacts, obelisks, terminals, charge nodes, or mission areas.
  • 2.4Traps are allowed but must be removed after use.
  • 2.5Spawn locations must remain accessible - players must always be able to leave safely.
  • 2.6Base limits per map: 1 Main Base per tribe, up to 3 Outposts (maximum 8x8 each), 1 Water Pen (maximum size of 2 ocean platforms), 1 Oil Pump per tribe, and 1 Gas Collector per tribe.
  • 2.7Building inside artifact caves is not allowed unless the map explicitly permits it.

3. Taming & Creature Etiquette

  • 3.1Do not interfere with another player’s tame under any circumstances (trapped, unconscious, passive, or actively being knocked out).
  • 3.2Tame claims must be stated in Global Chat and last up to 1 hour.
  • 3.3If a claimed creature is accidentally tamed by another player, it must be returned or fairly compensated.
  • 3.4Killing or intentionally sabotaging another player’s tame is considered griefing.
  • 3.5Kiting aggressive creatures into another player’s base is prohibited.
  • 3.6Leaving aggressive creatures on wander near player structures is not permitted.

4. Trading & Community Interactions

  • 4.1Scamming is strictly prohibited - agreements made in trades must be honored.
  • 4.2Taking items from clearly owned dropped bags or unlocked structures is considered theft.
  • 4.3Public crafting stations and community areas must remain accessible to all players.
  • 4.4Do not intentionally bait or mislead players into losing items or creatures.
  • 4.5Gifted items, gear, structures, or tames must be appropriate to the recipient's current level and unlocked tech tier. Handing new players end-game equipment or high-level tames to skip progression is not permitted.
  • 4.6Reasonable starter assistance - basic tools, food, low-tier gear, or a starter mount - is fine and encouraged.

5. Enforcement

  • 5.1Violations may result in warnings, structure removal, creature removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.
  • 5.2Major violations (cheating, duping, meshing) will result in immediate permanent removal from the cluster.
  • 5.3Attempting to bypass punishments using alternate accounts will extend penalties.
